Respawn miniboss OGH

After cleaning the first part of the instance (two rooms + first boss) and killing the first miniboss of the second part (Agony of Royal Knight) the second one (Grudge of Royal Knight) did not spawn.

We asked for help of CM Kunuma and he did see that there was no miniboss inside the dungeon.
